Our account managers have many years of experience in managing a wide range of accounts. From single site customers to multi sites with a workforce of up to 3,000, our team work hard to understand your business and your specific needs.
Quality of Service

On Site Consultation
Our BDM’s are on hand to visit you onsite in order to discuss all aspects of your uniform requirements. From reviewing garment samples and setting up wearer trials we take you through the key components of a well-managed account.

Wearer Trials
We’re able to supply your complete uniform range for trialling to ensure you are able to assess and appraise each individual garment prior to proceeding any further. This is particularly useful for a bespoke manufactured range, but can equally be applied to off shelf UK stocked workwear and also footwear.

Implementation
From initial consultation, garment selection and branding, through to ordering processes and delivery timescales, we ensure all of your requirements are understood so that we are best placed to service your account in the best way possible.

Management & Review
Your account manager will regularly monitor the performance of your account and feed this back via bespoke tailored reporting. This is our opportunity to demonstrate our performance against defined KPI’s.
